Individual tuition sessions - £40-50 per hour

Paired/group tuition - Additional £20 per hour for a second student, additional £10 per hour each for third, fourth and fifth students. Maximum group size 5. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Payment

Payment should be made before each session, or within a week of the session taking place. We may need to pause sessions for clients more than 2 weeks in arrears.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice will not be charged. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at the standard rate.

Terms and Conditions

When you choose to receive tutoring services from Hannah’s Hub, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
  • We ask clients to commit to at least 12 sessions of tuition. However if after 3 sessions you feel that it is not working for your child, please contact Hannah and we can pause, adjust or stop tuition at that point.
  • Payments must be made within a week of each tuition session taking place. Clients more than 2 weeks in arrears may have sessions paused.
  • Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice will not be charged. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are normally charged in full.
  • Sessions will continue throughout the school holidays and on bank holidays unless you request otherwise. Please speak to your tutor to arrange any breaks in tuition, giving them at least 48 hours notice.
  • Tutors will provide at least 2 weeks notice of their own holiday dates.
  • In the event of tutor sickness, sessions may need to be cancelled at short notice, and will not be charged. Where possible any missed sessions can be rearranged.
  • An appropriate adult must remain in the home when tuition is taking place. Tuition should take place in a suitable communal space (not a bedroom).
  • In order to ensure a safe environment for tutors, please ensure that pets are in another room if they may cause distraction or risk.
  • Please inform tutors and Hannah of any building work or other hazards in your home that might affect safety.
  • Photography and social media: Tutors may take photographs/videos of your child's work. Photographs will not include children's faces, unless these are needed for a learning activity. We do not use any photographs that include children's faces on our social media or website.​
Privacy
We collect and process information about your child’s SEND only where this is necessary to provide tuition, make appropriate adjustments, and meet safeguarding or legal obligations. This information is accessed only by staff or contractors who need it for those purposes, and may be shared with relevant professionals or agencies where necessary and lawful.
